I’ve been reminded lately about what my priorities in life ought to be. Many times this is a struggle to keep them straight, but it’s something I strive for. I’ve noticed that when I don’t keep this order, life tends to spiral out of control. It’s important to make your priority list known to your students, pastor, parents, your staff, and your family. Why? So that when you choose to say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to something that may not make sense to people, if they know your priorities, then it will make sense. The trick? Keep it simple.

#1: My relationship with Jesus Christ

#2: My family

#3: My job

    #4: Chipotle?

J/K; appreciate the reminder of what priorities ought to be.
