Gaining Weight II

In a past post, I wrote about the idea of those needing to gain weight. I’ve been a part of a gym now for about a month. My diet has consisted of yogurt, nuts, whole milk, and a lot of other proteins. All the hard work is paying off. I have now gained 8 pounds. You got it…I’m up to 158! I have never weighed this much in my life. I’m excited, to be honest. I think my goal weight is about 170/175.

As a disclaimer, I am not packing down the Big Macs. In fact, I can’t stand McDonalds. I’m doing this healthy way, straight up weight lifting and eating the healthy fats and proteins. Anyway, there we go!
